We know you have many choices when choosing a Dentist in Amelia, OH so we have made requesting an appointment a simple process via our Web site. If, for any reason you cannot keep a scheduled appointment, or will be delayed, please call us as soon as possible.
Insurance
We accept most traditional insurance plans including Delta, UnitedHealthCare, Cigna, Guardian, Aetna, MetLife and many other insurance plans. We also accept Medicare plans. However, WE DO NOT ACCEPT MEDICAID, CARE SOURCE, MOLINA, BUCKEYE, PARAMOUNT OR ANY OTHER STATE-FUNDED INSURANCE PLANS. Contact our office to verify acceptance of your plan. As a courtesy, Amelia Dental Center will be happy to file your insurance claims for you.
